Salary: $17.00-$22.00 per hour - Paid time off

HHA/PCA Home Responsibilities:

• Perform personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, transferring, using the bathroom, and medication reminders
• Perform household duties, including meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide patients with mobility assistance
• Provide companionship
• Follow assignments, guidelines, and Plan of Care set by Registered Nurse
• Prepare and submit all documentation by established deadlines in conjunction with policies and procedures
• Report unusual behavior and any other pertinent information to supervisor
• Show flexibility in responding to the needs of the patient

HHA/Home Health Aide Requirements:

• Must have a current New York State Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide Certificate
• Be able to have a reliable form of transportation
• Proper employment documentation, and complete medicals
