Support with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, grocery shopping and mobility assistance. Requires active New York State PCA certification.

Conversation, companionship, supervision, meal preparation and errand or appointment assistance for clients who are largely independent but benefit from a dependable, familiar presence. Certification requirements vary by assignment.
